On December 23, 2017, Guangzhou omarte Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the representative company of Henan Performing Arts Equipment Rental Professional Association, Juli Xinhe Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Juli Xinhe). After that, the two sides will actively explore a better organic combination of art, technology and market in the Central Plains and launch a comprehensive and long-term in-depth strategic cooperation.
Mr. Hua Zhengcai, General Manager of Ou Ma Lighting, Ms. Zhao Xianghua, Mr. Du Jiajun, Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Shen Shiwei, Business Manager. Mr. Liu Zheng, Chairman of the Henan Provincial Lighting Association's Film and Television Stage Lighting and Audio Committee, Mr. Wang Hongwei, Secretary General of Henan Performing Arts Equipment Rental Association, and Mr. Xie Xinfeng, Mr. Sun Hongwei, Mr. Zhang Hongliang and Mr. Du Hongtao, Vice President of the Association, attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, JULIXINHE will purchase 1550 sets of LED light source products and 830 sets of stage special effects, totaling 2,380 sets, with a total investment of more than 15 million yuan. This purchase will provide competitive products and services for the performance equipment rental industry market in Henan Province. Ou Ma Lighting will organize a specialized technical service after-sales team to provide accurate service for the performing arts rental market in Henan Province. JULIXINHE will assist Ou Ma Lighting to promote the use of Ou Ma lamps to its upstream and downstream customers, brother enterprises and trade associations, and to enhance the brand influence of Ou Ma Lighting in the Central Plains.
The types of lamps and lanterns purchased in Ou Ma include: 600wLED cutting lamps (Ares-P6), LED beam lamps (Ares-B5), 19 40wLED bee-eye lamps (Eos-B19), 7 60wLED bee-eye lamps (Ares-B7), Leo-BD30, LED pattern lamps (Ares-S5), manual small chasing light (RPG8M), 1500W chasing light (GATLING1500). The special effects of the stage include matrix lamps, auto show lamps, and special effects lights around the stage.
